Discounts may not be combined, stacked, or applied retroactively. Additional promotions cannot be added once an order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges
At House of Pearsoul, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. While we hope you love every purchase, we understand that life happens.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you promptly.
Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging that does not affect product integrity is not considered damage.
Return & Exchange Costs
Approved returns or exchanges may be subject to a return and exchange postage fee of up to $21.99 (plus applicable taxes).
If your original order included free shipping, the full outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fragrance Oils (no exceptions)
We strongly recommend ordering samples before committing to a full-size purchase.
- E-Gift Cards
- Subscription services (Scent Care Club)
- Samples or complimentary products
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Our Fragrance Oils
Our fragrance oils are crafted with clean ingredients, adhere to IFRA guidelines, and are lab tested to ensure quality and safety. They are safe for use around pets, children, furniture, and artwork when used as directed.
Diffusers & Scent Machines
Returns Diffusers may be returned within 5 business days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later) only if unused and in original packaging.
- All parts and accessories must be included
- Clear photos are required for all claims
- Returns must be approved before shipping
Used diffusers are not eligible for return or refund.
You may not “test drive” a machine and return it.
Restocking Fee
Approved diffuser returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Defective or Damaged Machines
If your diffuser arrives defective or damaged, please email photos to support@houseofpearsoul.com within 5 days of receipt.
We test each machine before it leaves our warehouse.
Warranty
Diffusers carry a one-year manufacturer warranty, which must be registered directly with the manufacturer.
Replacement parts may be ordered through the manufacturer’s website.
We recommend adding additional warranties to protect your investment.
Pillows are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos.
Lost or Stolen Packages .
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to loss or theft. We encourage customers to select shipping protection for added peace of mind.
Important Terms
House of Pearsoul reserves the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
- Reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above
- Refuse service for any reason
