Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, product launches, or seasonal promotions, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Timeframes Shipping transit times vary based on destination and carrier. While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, House of Pearsoul is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Accurate Shipping Information Please ensure all shipping and billing information is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders submitted with incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified details may require additional review and can result in a processing delay of 1–2 business days. We encourage customers to carefully review their information prior to completing their purchase to help avoid delays.
Address Errors & Returned Packages House of Pearsoul is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Packaging & Transit Every order is carefully packaged to protect product integrity. While rare, minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging may occur during transit and does not affect the quality or safety of the product inside.
If your order arrives with significant damage that impacts the product itself, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos so we can assist promptly.
